Large-format fine art photographs, b&w and natural color scenics. Color images available as C-prints and limited edition dye transfers, all archivally processed and matted.

I’ve photographed professionally since 1992, concentrating primarily on natural scenes illuminated only by the available lighting. Several of my images have won awards, including first prize in the 1994 Carnegie Museum of Natural History’s international photographic competition for my b&w image of ‘The Base of Vernal Falls.’

After living in California and New Mexico for ten years I returned to my home state of Pennsylvania in 1996. I still travel out west frequently to photograph, but have lately concentrated on the farmlands and historic valleys near my home in the Lykens Valley.

I print all of the images in my darkroom, using traditional printing methods. While most of my prints are made using the Fujicolor process, I continue to hand-print a limited selection of traditional dye transfers.
